Privacy policy

Draft — pending attorney review. This placeholder outlines the structure we intend to use. It is not yet a binding legal document.

1. Who we are

Futureproof provides AI education programs for children, with parents as the account holders. [Legal entity name and contact address to be confirmed.]

2. What we collect

From parents: name, email, phone and billing details. About children: first name, age band and how they access tools — nothing more. We never collect a child’s email address.

3. How we use it

To run the program, track progress, review work and keep you informed. We do not sell personal information.

4. Parental consent

Four consents — public portfolio, YouTube, session recording and marketing use — start off and can be changed at any time in the parent portal. [COPPA posture to be confirmed by counsel.]

5. What’s public

Only instructor-approved work, only with your consent, at the identification level you choose. Never last names, schools, locations, contact details or ages.

6. Retention and deletion

You can request full deletion of your child’s data from the portal. [Retention periods to be defined.]

7. Service providers

[List of hosting, storage and approved-tool providers to be completed.]

8. Your rights and contact

[Jurisdiction-specific rights and contact details to be completed after legal review.]
